Are you licensed and insured
A: Yes, we are a licensed and insured U.S. medical wholesaler/distributor.

Q: Are your products made by the manufacturers?
A: Yes.

Q: Are you an authorized distributor of Allergan or Q-Med?
A: No, we are not an authorized distributor of Allergan or Q-Med.

Q: Do your products come from overseas
A: Yes, we buy direct from the manufacturer's authorized distributors in Europe and Ireland.

Q: Do you repackage, relabel or change the product in anyway?
A: No, we simply buy it, store it, and ship it to customers as most distributors do.

Q: Is the product coming from Canada?
A: No, we don't purchase our products from Canada. We buy all of our product from the U.K. and Europe.

Q: Do you have sales representatives?
A: Yes, we have sales representatives throughout the U.S.

Q: Are the products FDA approved?
A: All of these products come from FDA registered and approved facilities, exactly where your current products come from.

Q: Do you ship Botox overnight in Dry Ice?
A: Yes, all Botox is shipped in dry ice and packaged in a styrofoam container for overnight delivery.

Q: Do you have a customer service number that we can call in and place an order with?
A: Yes, you can call (888-868-6147 ) and place an order with our customer service 24hrs a day/7 days a week or you can place your order online using the shopping cart.

Q: Do you accept payment by credit card?
A: We accept all major credit cards.

Q: Why is your pricing is so low?
A: Because we buy in bulk from overseas and use a 1099 sales rep model, we are able to pass the cost savings on to the customer.
